EMS Body Sculpting Machines

An EMS sculpting machine uses focused, high-intensity electromagnetic energy to trigger deep muscle contractions. These are not ordinary electrode pads or small microcurrent tools. They are used on the abdomen, glutes, thighs, arms and other suitable areas to support muscle tone, strength and local body shaping. You may also see them called HIEMT, HIFEM, EMS slimming or EM contouring machines. We supply new systems for studios, clinics, mobile providers and home buyers, with free shipping across the continental US.

Professional EMS Machines, With Prices Up Front

We stock a small, considered range of new electromagnetic sculpting machines. It runs from compact equipment for one treatment room to four-handle studio systems. Every Winkelonlaser machine includes a three-year manufacturer warranty and US-based support.

Our current range starts at $2,750 for the DB10 and reaches $5,500 for the LiyaShape III LS15. The main price differences come from handle count, output, RF controls, extra treatment methods and the size or mounting style of the unit.

Which One Is for Me?

Choose the DB10 for a lower entry price and two main body applicators. Choose the portable FE90 for mobile work or a small room. The four-handle FE60, FE80 and LiyaShape III suit studios that want to cover more areas during one appointment. Compare every model below or ask us to match one to your plans.

How to Choose an EMS Sculpting Machine

Most long specification lists hide the real choice. Focus on five things: whether the machine is truly electromagnetic, how many handles it has, what RF adds, its field rating and whether it is portable or built for fixed studio use.

Electromagnetic EMS Is Not the Same as Pad-Based EMS

The name “EMS” gets placed on very different products.

Low-cost pad devices send an electrical current through electrodes stuck to the skin. You will usually see adhesive pads, lead wires and small control boxes. They can make surface muscles twitch, but they are not the same type of equipment sold for high-intensity electromagnetic contouring.

HIEMT or HIFEM-style machines use larger, strapped applicators to create a focused electromagnetic field. No sticky electrode has to pass current through the skin. This is why a small pad device can cost hundreds of dollars while a commercial electromagnetic system costs thousands.

Every machine in this collection is the focused electromagnetic type.

Two Handles or Four?

Two body handles can cover one large area or two smaller matching areas during a session. That works well for a home buyer, solo provider or practice starting with one room. The DB10 uses two body handles and adds a seated pelvic applicator.

Four handles give you more placement options. You may cover several parts of the same area or work on two suitable areas under one protocol. This can reduce the need for separate appointments and improve studio capacity. The FE60, FE80, FE90 and LiyaShape III are available with four handles or more.

Large applicators suit the abdomen, glutes and thighs. Smaller handles matter when you want to work on arms or calves. Check the included sizes, not just the handle count.

What Does RF Add?

Electromagnetic energy is used to recruit the muscle. Radio frequency, or RF, adds controlled heat. Depending on the machine and protocol, that can support a wider contouring service focused on local fat and skin appearance as well as muscle tone.

All current models in this collection combine EMS or HIEMT with RF, but the controls and added methods differ. The DB10 is the lowest-cost route into this mix. The FE60 and FE80 are higher-capacity systems. LiyaShape III also adds vacuum, rotation and several forms of RF.

RF is useful, but it does not turn treatment into whole-body weight loss or promise loose-skin correction.

What Does a Tesla Rating Mean?

Tesla is a measure of magnetic field strength. Our DB10 and DB20 list 13-tesla output, while the FE80 lists 15 tesla.

A higher peak number does not prove that one machine gives better results. Applicator design, waveform, frequency, cooling, placement and the intensity you can tolerate all matter. It is also important to know where and how the manufacturer measured the peak.

Do not confuse watts with tesla. For example, the DB10’s 5,000 W figure describes its rated RF system, not the strength of its electromagnetic field.

Portable or Cart-Mounted?

A portable or desktop machine is easier to move and takes up less room. The FE90 is the clear fit for mobile providers and smaller spaces.

A larger console can make sense for fixed, repeated studio use. It may offer more handles, stronger cooling or a larger control screen. The FE80 is a four- or five-handle console system, while the LiyaShape III is built for practices that want several treatment methods in one unit.

How EMS Sculpting Works and What Results to Expect

The applicators create an electromagnetic field that makes the target muscles contract again and again. The contractions can be stronger and more frequent than normal voluntary movement in that one area. With a full course, the muscle may adapt by becoming thicker, stronger or better defined.

Researchers have also studied a possible local response in nearby fat. RF-equipped machines add heat to the treatment. Results depend on the device, settings, placement, treatment course and person. The process does not prove that every machine will produce the same clinical outcome.

Can It Reduce Belly Fat?

It may change the look of a local area, but it is not a weight-loss treatment.

A small 2019 MRI study of 22 people reported a mean 18.6% reduction in abdominal fat thickness and 15.4% increase in muscle thickness two months after four treatments with one HIFEM device.¹ The study was small, had no untreated control group and did not test every machine sold here. Its figures should not be treated as a promise.

People often look for a firmer abdomen, more visible muscle shape or improved glute definition. Changes may start to appear during the weeks after a course as the body adapts. People already near their target weight are usually better candidates for visible shaping. The scale may move little because this is local contouring, not broad fat loss.

Does It Replace Working Out?

No. Claims that one session “equals hours in the gym” compare the number of contractions in one muscle group. They do not mean the session gives you the same heart, lung, bone or whole-body benefits as exercise.

The value is focus. An EMS body sculpt machine can recruit one target area at high intensity without a normal workout. It may help when a muscle is hard to engage, but it still works best beside sound movement, training and nutrition.

Treatment Areas

  • Abdomen: Large applicators target the abdominal muscles for tone and a firmer look.
  • Buttocks: Glute placement aims to recruit and strengthen the muscles, which may create a firmer or more lifted look.
  • Thighs: Large handles support work on the front, back or side of the thighs where allowed by the protocol.
  • Arms and calves: Smaller applicators give a better fit on narrower areas.
  • Pelvic floor: Only use a compatible seated pad or pelvic applicator. These are available with selected DB10, FE60 and FE80 configurations.

Course and Maintenance

Many published HIFEM studies use four 30-minute sessions over about two weeks. That is not a universal schedule. Each machine includes its own treatment protocols, and the right spacing can vary by area and goal.

Changes often continue to develop after the final session. Maintenance may be used based on the result, activity level and protocol. Home owners should follow the same area limits and schedule rules as a studio. More frequent use is not automatically better.

Can You Use an EMS Sculpting Machine at Home?

Yes, individuals buy and own machines from this range. The portable FE90 is the easiest physical fit for a home or small room, while the DB10 offers the lowest purchase price.

Portable does not always mean approved for unsupervised use. Follow the model manual, safety rules and any state or local requirements that apply. If you plan to treat yourself, tell us before ordering so we can confirm the best configuration and whether another person is needed for safe applicator placement.

Winkelonlaser console models support 110–220 V. We will confirm the correct power setup for your order.

How a Session Runs

  1. Read the supplied protocol and choose the correct treatment area.
  2. Remove relevant metal items and electronics from around that area.
  3. Position the correct applicator and secure it as shown in the manual.
  4. Start at a low intensity.
  5. Raise the level in small steps until contractions feel strong but tolerable.
  6. Let the selected protocol finish without moving the handles.
  7. Repeat only on the schedule given for that area.
  8. Clean the handles and straps as directed after use.

Training and the manual remain the final guide for your model.

Candidates, Safety and Sensation

These treatments are often chosen by adults who are near a stable weight and want more tone or shape in one area. During a session, the muscles contract in firm, repeated waves. It can feel intense and unusual, but it should remain tolerable. Some people have short-term muscle tiredness or soreness afterward. Treatment does not normally require downtime.

Do not use a machine during pregnancy or over an area with an electronic implant such as a pacemaker. Metal implants, recent surgery, postpartum recovery and current medical conditions need careful review against the model manual and suitable medical guidance. Do not place applicators over phones, watches or other electronics. This page cannot clear one person for treatment; the supplied contraindication list must be followed.

A Practical Business Case for EMS Sculpting

Machine cost is only one part of the plan. Start with the price you can collect per session or package, then allow for card fees, marketing, staff time, rent and tax.

For example, the DB10 costs $2,750. At {{ROI_SESSION_PRICE}} collected per paid session, its purchase price equals about {{DB10_SESSIONS_TO_RECOVER_PRICE}} sessions before other business costs. The $5,400 FE60 needs about {{FE60_SESSIONS_TO_RECOVER_PRICE}} sessions at the same rate.

An established studio may fill those sessions from its current client list. A new studio may take longer because it first has to find and keep clients. This is planning math, not an earnings promise.

Home buyers can use the same method: compare the machine price with the real cost of the clinic packages they expect to buy.

Practical Ownership Benefits

  • Hands-free treatment once the handles are placed
  • No routine disposable treatment cartridge
  • No normal treatment downtime
  • Four-handle options for more area coverage
  • Body and compatible pelvic protocols in one system
  • No need to send the machine abroad to start a support request

Training and Protocols

Winkelonlaser systems include a user manual, treatment protocols and video instructions. These cover placement, session settings and intensity guidance. Optional technician training is available for selected models, and we provide US-based setup help.

Rules for offering paid treatments can vary by state, profession and type of business. Check the requirements that apply to your location and intended use.

Why Buy From a US Equipment Seller?

A low factory price is not always the final price. An overseas FOB quote may leave you paying freight, insurance, duties and delivery from a port. You also need to check voltage, plug type, seller history and who will help if a handle stops working.

Used machines bring a different risk. Their working hours, repair history and internal condition may not be clear. A marketplace warranty can also be hard to use once a seller changes names or leaves the platform.

We show our prices, offer free continental US shipping and serve as your US point of contact for parts, service and manufacturer coordination. You can reach us during US business hours instead of trying to solve a technical issue across borders.

FDA and Certification Status

FDA registration, FDA clearance and CE marking are different things.

FDA registration generally records a facility or device listing. It does not mean the FDA has reviewed a model and cleared it for a stated medical use. FDA clearance is a model- and use-specific regulatory decision. CE marking relates to applicable European requirements and is not a substitute for US clearance.

  • Renasculpt FE80: {{FE80_VERIFIED_REGULATORY_STATUS}}
  • Shape Tactics Multi-Directional: {{SHAPE_TACTICS_VERIFIED_REGULATORY_STATUS}}

Ask us for the device-specific documents before ordering. This may matter most to a professional practice that needs to match its services, claims and records to local rules.

Warranty

Winkelonlaser systems include a three-year manufacturer warranty. Shape Tactics has a limited manufacturer warranty with separate terms for the main unit, electronics and handpieces.
