A hands-free body platform combining RF, EMS and HIEMT. It has four handles, or five with the pelvic handle, and runs 30-minute sessions.
$5,400, previously $6,055
A professional radio frequency machine sends controlled RF energy through a handpiece to warm the deeper layers of the skin. This heat acts as a repair signal, supporting new collagen and elastin for firmer, smoother-looking skin.
Professional systems give you more power, coverage and control than a small home handheld. Our range includes equipment for facial studios, med spas, body-contouring businesses and properly prepared home treatment rooms. Use RF for the face, neck, loose body skin and cellulite. Choose a system with cavitation when fat-focused body contouring is also part of your plan.
Results build over time. RF works through collagen renewal, not a quick cosmetic cover-up.
The treatment is well established. Clinical research supports gradual improvements in firmness, texture and fine lines.
There is little downtime. Most surface RF treatments are non-surgical and do not break the skin.
One platform can do more. The right handpieces can treat the face, neck and larger body areas.
We offer 11 radiofrequency machines from Winkonlaser and Shape Tactics, ranging from focused facial systems to multi-handpiece face-and-body platforms. Live prices are shown where equipment can be bought online. Contact us for B2B, multi-unit and current financing options.

A facial studio will usually start with a focused face system. Body studios benefit from RF combined with vacuum or cavitation. For both, choose a platform with separate face and body handpieces.
For facial work, look for smaller bipolar or multipolar tips that can follow the cheeks, jawline, neck and areas around the eyes and mouth. Decide whether you need a face-only system or room to add body services later.
For body treatments, first separate tightening from fat-focused contouring. RF warms tissue to support firmer-looking skin and soften the look of cellulite. Cavitation is the added modality used for fat-focused body services. Vacuum can lift tissue toward the RF electrodes, improve contact and add mechanical massage. Combined systems make sense when one room needs to offer several body protocols without several consoles.
FDA registration, establishment listing and FDA clearance do not mean the same thing. A logo is not enough. Ask for the exact model, intended use and supporting document.
This matters for insurance, treatment claims and state rules. We show a regulatory claim only when it can be traced to the specific machine. Contact us for current model documents before ordering.

RF uses non-ionizing energy to create controlled heat in the skin’s deeper support layer, called the dermis. The skin reads this heat as a repair signal. Over the following weeks, collagen and elastin renewal can make treated skin feel thicker, firmer and smoother.
Non-ionizing RF is different from X-rays and UV. It does not have enough energy to remove electrons from atoms. Professional output, suitable electrodes and stable temperature control also allow broader, more even treatment than most small handheld devices.
Useful RF treatment is not simply about making skin feel hot. The goal is to hold the correct warmth for the protocol while protecting the surface.
Temperature sensing, cooling, skin-contact checks, motion detection and automatic cut-off can help reduce hot spots. These features vary by machine. Check the product specifications rather than assuming every console includes them.
RF can firm mild to moderate laxity and soften the look of fine lines and cellulite. It is not a facelift, a fix for severe sagging or a pigmentation treatment.
Facial RF should not be sold as fat reduction. For fat-focused body services, choose a system that combines RF with a suitable contouring modality such as cavitation.
Skin may look temporarily plumper after one session because of warmth and circulation. That is not the full collagen result. Structural improvement develops over weeks and usually depends on completing a planned course.
Results can last for months, but skin continues to age. Periodic maintenance helps support the result and gives a practice a natural route to repeat bookings.
Face: Forehead, eye area, cheeks, smile lines, chin, jawline, neck and décolleté.
Body: Abdomen, flanks, thighs, buttocks, arms and knees.
Small tips give better control around facial curves. Larger handpieces make body sessions faster and more even.
The strongest candidate has mild to moderate laxity or early signs of aging. RF can generally be used across skin tones because it does not rely on targeting pigment. Extra care is still sensible for anyone with a history of post-inflammatory darkening or unusual skin reactions.
| Feature | What it means in use |
|---|---|
| Monopolar RF | Sends energy through a wider tissue path |
| Bipolar RF | Keeps energy between two electrodes for focused work |
| Multipolar RF | Uses several electrodes for broad, even coverage |
| Fractional RF | Creates small treatment zones; may use insulated or non-insulated pins |
| Frequency | Helps define energy delivery, but should not be judged alone |
| Sensors and cut-off | Help manage contact, movement and heat |
| Surface cooling | Improves comfort and helps protect the outer skin |
| Vacuum, cavitation or EMS | Adds body-contouring or muscle-focused services |
| Preset protocols | Make repeatable treatments easier for a trained operator |
More features are not always better. Buy the platform that supports services you plan to offer, rather than paying for handpieces that will stay in a drawer.
A credible machine should state its RF frequency, delivery type and treatment protocol. It should have traceable manufacturer information and clear controls for energy and heat.
Be cautious when a seller only promises “warming technology.” Warmth with vibration is not proof of RF. High-frequency glass wands and microcurrent tools are also different technologies.
| Choice | Best fit |
|---|---|
| Handheld | Mild concerns, small areas and frequent personal use |
| Professional machine | Broader coverage, controlled output and structured treatments |
| Clinic course | Professional operation without buying or maintaining equipment |
A professional machine can make sense for a serious home treatment room, but it is not casual consumer electronics. You still need training, a suitable space and strict use of the machine’s protocols and contraindications.
RF creates broad, repeatable warmth and often suits a wider range of treatment plans. HIFU places energy at more focused depths, usually with fewer sessions but potentially more discomfort. RF is often the simpler starting point when the goal is regular face or body tightening with little downtime.

Temporary warmth and redness can happen after treatment. Burns are the main avoidable risk. Correct gel where required, full electrode contact, steady handpiece movement and suitable settings all help control that risk.
RF is non-ionizing. Current evidence does not show that properly delivered cosmetic RF causes cancer, but that is not a reason to ignore protocols. Use professional equipment as intended, screen every client and stop if the skin responds in an unexpected way.
Stop treatment for sharp pain, a sudden hot spot, blistering, unusual skin color, arcing or a device warning.
Rules vary by state and by the type of RF equipment. Medical professionals and licensed estheticians may provide some treatments, but licensing, supervision and insurance rules are not the same everywhere.
Confirm your state board and insurance requirements before buying. Our training and documents help you use the machine correctly, but training does not replace a required license.
For a surface RF treatment:
The client should feel even warmth, not stinging, sharp pain or isolated hot spots. RF microneedling follows a different sterile protocol and uses single-use cartridges.
Treatment courses vary by machine and goal. Many involve a planned series followed by maintenance. More frequent use does not automatically mean faster collagen renewal, so follow the model’s protocol.
Surface RF normally needs the gel stated by the manufacturer. It supports even energy transfer, smooth movement and full contact. Treat it as an ongoing consumable. RF microneedling has a different protocol and should not use surface RF gel unless its manual says so.
Check in this order: enough gel, full electrode contact, energy setting, then handpiece speed. Moving too quickly may prevent heat from building. Stop and check the manual if output remains weak or uneven.
Included handles, probes and cartridges vary by model and are listed on each product page. Winkonlaser systems include manuals and video instructions, with optional one-to-one online training on selected models. Check whether starter consumables, a cart, extra cartridges or a pelvic handle are included or sold separately.
Controlled studies of RF have reported improvements in wrinkles, firmness and measures such as dermal thickness after a treatment course. Small randomized split-face studies are useful, but they may include few people and limited long-term follow-up. Results from one device should not be promised for every RF machine.
Before-and-after images should state the machine, area, number of sessions and time since the last treatment. They should use the same lighting and angle.
