**Title:** Tattoo Removal Machines for Sale | Professional Q-Switched & Picosecond Lasers

# Professional Tattoo Removal Lasers

Shop professional tattoo removal machines with clear prices, written specifications and direct support before and after your order. Our range includes Nd:YAG and manufacturer-rated picosecond systems, plus compact units for smaller rooms and mobile work.

These are operator-run machines, not home tattoo pens. A professional system should have a documented pulse width, usable energy, controlled spot sizes, safety equipment and proper training. We print the available details so you can compare the machines on more than a product name.

**Choose by practice type:**

- **Clinic or med spa:** Start with a dual-wavelength Nd:YAG system for common black and warm-color inks. Choose a picosecond platform if you often treat stubborn, layered, green or blue ink.
- **Tattoo or PMU studio:** Consider a compact system for cover-up fading, brows, lips and smaller areas. Pay close attention to its energy, cooling and duty cycle.
- **Multi-service practice:** A combined platform can save space, but its tattoo handpiece must still have the right pulse width, energy and spot sizes. We do not currently list a combined hair-and-tattoo system in this collection.

Financing is available. For help choosing, call **+1 (800) 686-5898** or email **support@longevitybased.com**.

### 2-in-1 and Multi-Function Machines

A real multi-function machine uses separate, purpose-built technology for each service. A diode hair-removal handpiece, for example, cannot do the job of a short-pulse tattoo laser.

We do not currently list a 2-in-1 system in this collection. If space is your main concern, compare our compact models before accepting the lower tattoo energy or limited spot sizes often found on combined platforms.

### Compact and Portable Machines

The **EL400**, **EL500** and **NDPlus** are the practical choices for small rooms, tattoo studios, PMU work and some mobile setups. Compact does not mean poor. It means you should check maximum energy, cooling, treatment pace and spot-size options against your expected workload.

# How to Choose a Tattoo Removal Machine

## How the Technology Works

A tattoo laser sends a very short pulse of energy into ink. The wavelength affects which pigment absorbs that energy. Pulse width affects how quickly it arrives, while energy and spot size affect how much usable treatment force reaches the target.

The pulse breaks pigment into smaller pieces. The body then clears those pieces over time, which is why sessions are spaced apart.

When comparing machines, start with four facts: **pulse width, wavelengths, energy and spot sizes**. A long list of treatment names cannot make up for weak or missing core specifications.

## Types of Tattoo Removal Lasers

| Laser class | Broad use | What separates one machine from another |
|---|---|---|
| Q-switched Nd:YAG | Black, dark and warm-color ink | Energy, 1064/532 nm support, pulse width, cooling and spot sizes |
| Picosecond Nd:YAG | Stubborn, layered and mixed-color work | Measured pico pulse, energy, wavelength set and treatment pace |
| 755 nm alexandrite | Green, teal and blue pigments | Pulse class, energy, skin-type limits and delivery method |
| Ruby laser | Some green, blue and dark pigments | 694 nm output, cooling and careful skin-type selection |
| Multi-function platform | Several services from one console | Separate handpieces, true pulse type and tattoo-side energy |

An articulated arm can make a console easy to position in a fixed room. A handpiece or fiber system can be smaller and easier to move. Neither is automatically better; the build must suit your room and daily volume.

## Picosecond vs. Q-Switched

Picosecond systems use shorter pulses than nanosecond Q-switched lasers. That can make them useful for stubborn ink, layered tattoos and certain colors. It may also reduce the number of sessions in some cases, but no machine can promise the same session count for every tattoo.

Q-switched Nd:YAG systems remain serious commercial tools. They can be a sensible lower-cost choice when most of your work involves black, dark, red or orange ink.

The practical choice is simple:

- **Mostly black and common warm colors:** A well-specified Q-switched machine may be enough.
- **Frequent green, blue, layered or resistant ink:** A picosecond system with the right wavelength set may earn its higher cost.
- **New or growing practice:** Start with Q-switched if it fits your client mix, then add pico when real demand supports it.

## Wavelengths by Ink Color and Skin Type

| Ink group | Common wavelength choice | Buyer note |
|---|---|---|
| Black and dark blue | 1064 nm | Core wavelength for most tattoo practices |
| Red, orange and some yellow | 532 nm | Useful second wavelength, with more melanin absorption |
| Green, teal and bright blue | Often 755 nm | Can add coverage beyond a standard 1064/532 nm setup |

Alexandrite is a platform based around 755 nm. It is not simply the opposite of Q-switched; alexandrite lasers may use different pulse systems. The wavelength can be useful for green and blue pigments but requires more care in skin with higher melanin levels.

For darker skin types, 1064 nm is often the safer first-line choice because it is less readily absorbed by melanin than shorter wavelengths. Conservative settings, training and proper test methods still matter.

Most practices need at least **1064 and 532 nm**. A client mix with regular green, teal or bright-blue ink may justify adding **755 nm**.

## What to Inspect Before Buying

- **Pulse width:** Q-switched units should show a verified nanosecond value. Picosecond units should show a measured picosecond value.
- **Wavelengths:** Confirm which wavelengths are built in and which need separate tips, filters or handpieces.
- **Energy and fluence:** Maximum energy alone is not enough. Ask what energy remains usable across the offered spot sizes.
- **Spot-size range:** Larger spots can help with larger areas. Small spots support detailed PMU and targeted work.
- **Repetition rate:** This affects treatment pace and heat load during repeated use.
- **Beam delivery:** Compare articulated arms, direct handpieces and fiber delivery for movement, balance and service needs.
- **Cooling:** Check both internal machine cooling and any method used at the treatment area.
- **Presets and protocols:** These help with setup but do not replace operator training.
- **Electrical needs:** Confirm voltage, outlet type and circuit needs before delivery.
- **Device records:** Review the exact registration, certification or test documents supplied for that model.
- **Warranty and service:** Check what is covered, where repairs happen and how parts are obtained.

## How to Spot a True Picosecond Laser

Look at the measured pulse width. It should be stated in picoseconds, not only in a product name.

A nanosecond Q-switched laser may still be useful and profitable, but it belongs to a different technology and price class. We publish measured pulse information when the technical record supports it rather than asking you to trust the word “pico.”

## Tattoo Lasers Are Not Hair-Removal Lasers

Hair-removal lasers normally use much longer pulses designed to heat hair follicles. Tattoo lasers use far shorter pulses to target pigment. A long-pulse hair laser should not be used as if it were a tattoo-removal machine.

A legitimate 2-in-1 platform must have separate, purpose-built handpieces or laser technologies for hair and tattoo services.

## Other Supported Treatments

Available uses depend on the model, tip and protocol:

- **Standard tattoo tip:** Black, dark and selected colored tattoo or pigment work.
- **532 nm warm-color tip:** Red, orange and some yellow pigments.
- **755 nm option:** Green, teal and bright-blue pigments.
- **1320 nm carbon-peel tip:** Carbon-peel or “black doll” skin protocols, not standard tattoo removal.
- **Fractional or honeycomb tip:** Selected skin-rejuvenation protocols where supported.

Some parts are included and others are optional. Check the package list for your chosen model before ordering.

# Tattoo Removal Machine Prices Explained

## What Different Price Tiers Buy

| General tier | Typical US price | What to expect |
|---|---:|---|
| Consumer and open-market devices | {{CURRENT_MARKETPLACE_PRICE_BAND}} | Limited records, support and measured output; not comparable to a supported professional system |
| Entry professional | {{CURRENT_ENTRY_PRO_PRICE_BAND}} | Basic wavelength coverage, lower entry cost and lighter duty cycles |
| Supported mid-tier | **Our range begins at $2,500** | Written specifications, warranty, shipping and a US point of contact |
| Advanced professional console | **Our range reaches $9,900+** | Larger build, stronger power systems, arm delivery and broader treatment workflow |
| Flagship medical platform | {{CURRENT_FLAGSHIP_PRICE_BAND}} | Large service network, published research, brand value, financing and stronger resale demand |

We sell supported professional equipment without forcing every buyer into flagship pricing. The right tier depends on your treatment volume, client mix and need for service infrastructure.

## Why Flagship Systems Cost More

Established flagship brands may include a large field-service network, published platform research, formal financing, higher resale value and a name patients already know. Those benefits can matter to a high-volume medical practice or a clinic built around a known platform.

Our machines should be judged on their own documented pulse class, wavelengths, energy, warranty and support. Sharing a wavelength with a flagship machine does not make two systems equal. Build quality, output, software, service and clinical records also matter.

## Can the Machine Pay for Itself?

Use your own prices and booking data rather than a sales promise.

**Example planning model:**

- Average session fee: **{{VERIFIED_AVERAGE_SESSION_FEE}}**
- Financed machine payment: **{{REPRESENTATIVE_MONTHLY_PAYMENT}}**
- Sessions needed to cover that payment: **monthly payment ÷ average session fee**
- Weekly appointments required: **monthly sessions ÷ 4.3**
- Revenue from one booked treatment day: **appointments completed × average session fee**

A tattoo may need several sessions spaced over time, but session counts vary by ink, depth, color, skin and prior treatment. Do not build a plan around the highest possible number.

Budget for training, insurance, state requirements, eye protection, suitable electrical service and consistent before-and-after photography. This is a planning method, not a promise of earnings.

## Maintenance and Ownership Cost

Follow the manual for your exact machine. Depending on the model, upkeep may include water changes, filter care, handpiece or lamp-life tracking, calibration and set service intervals.

We help with technical questions, replacement parts and manufacturer coordination. Set aside a post-warranty service budget from the start.

# Licensing, Warranty and Support

## Check Your State’s Operator Rules First

Laser operator rules vary by state. Before buying, answer three questions:

1. **Who may operate the laser?**
2. **Is medical supervision or delegation required?**
3. **What training and cover does your insurer require?**

We can help you locate the current rules for your state and practice type. Your state licensing authority and insurer must give the final confirmation.

Available device and shipment documents are supplied according to the selected model. Ask us to review the exact records with you before ordering. Our help is practical buying support, not legal advice.

## Home Pens and Cheap Marketplace Listings

A consumer pen is not a substitute for professional tattoo removal equipment. The key differences include measured pulse width, usable energy, controlled spot sizes, cooling, documentation and operator training.

If you are a consumer seeking tattoo removal, use a qualified local provider. If you are buying for a business, compare the full technical record and support package, not just the price or claimed wattage.

## Warranty, Training and US Support

Every machine includes a manufacturer warranty:

- **Winkonlaser models:** 3-year manufacturer warranty
- **Shape Tactics NDPlus:** 2-year limited manufacturer warranty

Exact console, handpiece, parts and labor coverage follows the written terms for the selected model. Any training, manuals, protocols, maintenance videos and technical documents included with your order will also appear in writing.

Optional online technician training is available for selected Winkonlaser models. We are your US point of contact for technical questions, replacement parts and service coordination with the manufacturer.

Support is available Monday through Friday, **9 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific Time**, by live chat, **+1 (800) 686-5898** or **support@longevitybased.com**.

Loaner machines and US parts availability are model-dependent and are not promised unless stated in your written order.

## Manufacturer and Seller Accountability

Winkonlaser builds the four Picoking systems. Shape Tactics supplies the NDPlus system. The manufacturing location, test records and certifications for each model are shown only where the supporting documents confirm them.

Longevity Based is the US seller responsible for your transaction, shipping support, returns and service coordination.

## What Arrives

Your package may include the console, laser handpiece or arm, listed tips or filters, aiming beam and controls, protective eyewear, power cable, manual, recommended parameters and model-specific maintenance items. The product-page package list controls.
